You don't need to make a new separate BUR since you can still edit your old one to reflect these changes - BUR #10479.
Regardless, since this has already been done, you may also choose to manually reject your previous BUR or leave it up as an alternate option for people to vote on.

Most hats are not wide-brimmed, this is a specific style of hat. Better to alias them to a single term and then have it imply hat. Further specific styles like sun_hat and sombrero could then imply this tag, or it could just be used for wide-brimmed hats that don’t have a more specific name like whatever post #4889364 is.
