After some digging, I discovered their original Twitter no longer exists https://twitter.com/_D_M_B__ (I found this link in the description for one of their commissions(?) on FA https://www.furaffinity.net/view/43061081 ). Presumably, it got replaced with their new Twitter account linked above https://x.com/SodaWunk, which uses "SodaWunk". Furthermore, that links to their Furaffinity account https://www.furaffinity.net/user/sodawunk, so yeah, it seems rather unlikely they still want to go by DMB/DungeonMasterBater.
