welp i dont think i can ever rank up again, as i was marked as a neutral account

It's worth noting that privileged is extremely rare - there's a total of just 67 users with the rank, and some of those are just staff alts. That's compared to 2,114,790 users with the member rank.

It's more common to get certain permissions like unrestricted uploads, but still very rare.
