They're just underneath the page's contents. If there's room between the content and the bottom of the page, the page numbers/links are moved up away from the bottom of the page. See a search like id:5361548. If you're on the last page of multiple (or if your search has enough blacklisted posts) so that there's space between the bottom of the thumbnails and the bottom of the page, the links are moved up and not in the same position relative to the page.

That issue should be fixed in the next release.

They're now attached to the last row of images, meaning they change position based on how many images load. They used to be locked at the very bottom of the frame.

But apparently this was a mistake that will be fixed in the next build. So now I look like a douche. Neat!
