Yes, because "spelling error" and "misspelling" mean the same when you see any word that is not spelled correctly.
are these for, like, misspellings that are put into an image intentionally or just mundane typos? because those are both fairly diffrent, and the latter of which dosn't seem like an actual valid tag use.

And a word being intentionally misspelled doesn't seem very TWYS.
What counts as a misspelling? Are words that are incorrectly spelt in such a way as to create a pronunciation with a heavy accent "misspellings"? What about internet speak, like "u wut m8"? Is "Snooore..." a misspelling? As it is, we have people adding notes to posts "correcting" spelling and grammar mistakes, which I'm pretty sure we're not supposed to do, and drawing attention to the fact that a post has misspelled text seems unnecessary.
They should probably both be invalidated/aliased to text instead.
