I type in tail_penet and see the following

tail penetrating → tail insertion 4k
tail penetration 95
tail penetrating 19

As a result I have no clue what these 19 posts could be, nor if they actually, as a matter of fact, exist at all.
At the moment, I believe this to be a bug.

Posts have changed tags after I've edited them, adding new implications that did not exist or removing aliased tags from them. I would not be surprised that, if these posts do exist, simply editing the tags on them would change the tag.

The tags (on a post) are changed when an implication or alias is finished in its entirety. This (usually) happens immediately after alias or implication approval.

The tag counts and status are cached and sometimes it causes their status/count to get out of date.
