Good places to start a search are SauceNAO and Fluffle. However, as in this case, they won't always find things, especially if the picture is from Twitter/X or BlueSky. (I'd guess yours is from Twitter/X.)

Well, in that case, I nibble on my toes a bit. Foot-in-mouth disease is nothing new for me. :\

The tagging is horrible, though. Not even an artist tag. Putting in sources is also helpful.

it's definitely AI upscaled on r34.x. you can see it tried to figure out what to do with the weird rendering error that happens at the bottom of images from Twitter sometimes.
