mass update leg_humping -> humping_leg

Reason: Most other humping tags use [humping_object] grammar (humping_toy, humping_plushie, humping_furniture), and I believe it is more appropriate since it employs active voice (verb -> object). The tag dry_humping is excluded since “dry” is an adverb rather than object in this instance and “dry humping” is a common turn of phrase.

Why not alias these?

the verbing tags are usually of the form *_verb or verbing_*, so this makes sense. pillow_hump doesn't work that well so humping_pillow it is
