Reason: This tags are used for the same thing.
However, restricted palette is more used.

Skimming through minimal_color that observation does seem correct. I'm seeing quite a mix in there, although it's mainly spot_color and restricted_pallette types, with some more directly [color]_theme type tag needed.

So maybe we should disambiguate the contents and then send it to some place like invalid_color instead?
