Isn't it preferred to have the attribution at the end to disambiguate? You never know if some other character could be named exactly Hoshimi Mayabi.

generally not when it comes to full names, though there is some variance in how its handled (see: every single mlp character).

Ellen Joe and Jane Doe need the attribution since their names are quite common.

With a name that unique, we don't need an attribution as it's extremely unlikely for another Hoshimi Mayabi to be uploaded to the site. Granted, it's possible, especially as time goes on, but the odds are acceptably low. If it does happen, it wouldn't be difficult to disambiguate and add in the suffix at that time.
