Reason: It feels like they mean the same thing, as "older" already implies the one being penetrated is, well, older than the one doing the penetrating. older_penetrated also is a much more established tag, while young_penetrating_older has around 48 posts.

You can also just say that younger_penetrating_older has already been aliased to older_penetrated.
