Topic: [REJECTED] Character Tag Update

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

Probably better as an alias, so that tagging zelrog_dirtpaw automatically adds zelrog_(muskydemon) instead. Mass updates don't prevent the original tag from being added afterwards, which may cause people to accidentally use zelrog_dirtpaw instead of your preferred tag.

I see. Thank you for your suggestion!
Since I am a new user & my OC is relatively "fresh", I doubt anyone will ever use the old one, ha-ha. But if you think it'll work better, I might do just that..
Will it automatically update the character's tag on the posts as well, or should I change it manually after it?

An alias would, yes. However, considering there's only 48 posts, if you don't need the actual alias and with how long these usually take to approve, you could just move them over manually.

Alright. Then I'll just do it manually. Hope that won't create a mess. I really want to make it right, for both site & myself..
And sorry to ask another dumb question, but should I "hide" this topic then?

No, never hide pending AIBURs

you can go to BUR #10208 and hit reject to cancel it though, or edit to an alias if you'd rather
