If there isn't a way, is there at least a method of filtering out pools even if you don't know the name of the pool?

It's not perfect, but simply searching the artists name in Title & Description (Individually) should likely work.
Other than that though, no.

If you search artist_tag + inpool:true it will show you every post of theirs in a pool, it won’t seperate different pools but it does help.

Then you can append -pool:name until you end up with no results to get them all

There's also a search input for tags on https://e621.net/pools with the script installed
