The tag alias #74769 the_judge_(off) -> pablo_(off) is pending approval.

Reason: Same character. While "the_judge_(off)" is less spoileriffic (you don't learn his actual name until fairly late into the game) "pablo_(off)" has more tags.

I'm also okay with "pablo_(off)" aliasing to "the_judge_(off)".

I'm leaning toward the second option. The Judge is how he's introduced, how he's known for about 90% of the game, and what the fans refer to him as.

...I don't know why you can't submit single alias requests inline in a thread like you can with BURs.

Because Alias Requests are an older code, developed well over a decade ago, while BURs are relatively more recent, added in only 2020 when the site's code was overhauled last.

Dev is overloaded, they don't have time to review then accept the code

Which is why I'm fine either way. pablo_(off) just has more tags by an order of magnitude (30 Pablo:3 Judge),hence why I led with it instead of the reverse.

Any movement on this? It seems to have fallen off the radar.

there are many requests pending at any given time, some years or months old, so it can take awhile for things to get approved or rejected.

personally I'd go for having the judge be his tag
