This seems rather excessively specific. We already have cum_transformation, sperm is cum, and what else will "gamete" refer to?

turning into a single sperm cell (e.g. post #5297837) is different (visually and conceptually) from turning into white goo. gamete can also refer to an egg cell (e.g. post #4327866), though currently egg_transformation doesn't differentiate between turning into an egg cell vs just turning into an egg. (the example image was tagged with egg_transformation instead of ovum_transformation)

The term we use for "egg cell" is ovum btw
