Reason: These are the exact same artist, but are tagged as different and even have duplicate posts.

As for this request, I do not recommend using two of the same artist's tag in one post. It's best to use the respective source twitter account tag only (bunymarch42 for nsfw, winteriris42 for sfw) or create an alias request from bunymarch42 to winteriris42 (preferably with permission/feedback from the artist that they're ok on having one artist tag for their creations)
