The tag alias #74615 toonkind -> toony has been approved.
Reason: in concept a tag for, like, a "living cartoon character" a la Roger Rabbit could be useful, but this tag is so unbelievably diluted with nonsense that, if that _was_ the intention of this tag's creation, at this point it's unrecoverable.
