Aliasing ōkami -> Ōkami.

Reason: Apparently this tag is case sensitive.

Very interesting since our system converts uppercase to lowercase. I think it's seeing the O as a symbol and not a capital letter

Either way I guess approved since it does appear to be case, or symbol sensitive

The system doesn't convert the case of any extended alphabet characters. I reported it 8 months ago but nobody seemed to care.
