I asked before about games similar to teraurge and that was a year and some ago. I was wondering in the time that I was gone were there any cool new feral games released?

y'know, while i don't agree with topic #54235 that we need a whole new sub-forum catagory for gaming, i am starting to think it would be good to have a topic dedicated to being a directory for all the yff games out there

i think something like that would be good for questions like this, and maybe a quick tip-of-my-tounge refresher incases of a game someone remembers but can't pin down the name of (i had that recently with paraphore, lord did that take some time)

While it would be nice to have one dedicated topic for collecting a list of all the furry games, I feel that there are already dedicated sites out there to search from (which already have them categorised by tags and genre).
Anything relating to game discussions/walkthroughs/tips would also most likely have their own dedicated subreddit or wiki for it as well, while a thread here would probably devolve into people asking questions about random game segments (like in the olden days of e6's comment section with interactive flash_game) or asking where to find games when searching through Google or Reddit would turn up better results.

Though I do foresee a potential use of a thread similar to the Find The Artist/Source/Image Request Thread where you can just direct people to there for questions relating to game recommendations.

oh wow, this is a lot more thought out and sorted! I agree I wish we had a separate topic for video games.

I like Teraurge, but it has two major flaws, in my opinion:

1: There's not as much content for female characters.
Many of the creatures are male-only, or the male sentient species are gay or not romance-able.

2. It's been a long, LONG time since it updated.

I'd kill for another game with alien species like it.
