permanent is too vague of a concept to be worthy to tag, IMO. Given that we're dealing primarily with still single-shot images, in many (if not most) situations it's impossible to tell if something is permanent, and would be applied at whim of the tagger if they like the idea of it being permanent, regardless of whether it is or not.

As it is, it seems permanent_chastity_device is fairly overused, too. There's no indication that
