One artist may have more than one name to separate their content from one genre to another. Example: RedRusker and ToiletMaw.

There's hardly any cross-referencing between the Naughty Skeleton Twitter/X and the Naughty Bonerz, which leads me to suspect that the Naughty Skeleton account is for general adult stuff and the Naughty Bonerz account is for the really fetishy vore stuff. There is a connection, but you've got to scroll a bit to luck out upon it. In this tweet thread, NaughtyBonerz mentions they're open for commissions and, if you scroll down, you'll see that the price sheets they use are Naughty Skeleton's.

Otherwise, it's quite possible that they want to keep the two names separate. One would probably just have to ask them. :\
