Is there a better tag? Between the two I'd rather go with the one that at least gives *some* idea of what it is instead of the weird jokey one.

That's obviously not true, which you can tell by just taking a look at the posts with those tags.

Cooking with furs / scales is a culinary aspect of cannibalism. Usually involving vore and/or gore, but not necessarily.
Rump roast and cooking with body involve food preparation using someone's body heat.

I think that comment was about the tag name being too similar to the names we currenly use for vore preparation, not that the definitions/functions are too similar.
