Black and white switch being colors and shade based on the used definition and whether or not you are talking about the color of the object or the wavelength(s) of the reflected or filtered light.

Yes and no...
In light --> Mixture of all visible wavelengths = White
In pigments (like paint or dye) --> Mixture of all colors = Black
I think in pixels its like red, green, and blue in all equal amounts or something, or the absence of the colors i dunno...

Pixels are tiny lamps, so all in equal amount will make white.

Also what if it's talking about skin color? Like white (Caucasian/European?) etc?
