Reason:

Nikiciy is their Twitter name, and に き (Romaji: Ni ki) is their Pixiv username. (Source) I don't know which of those two names is preferred here, but either way I really doubt the artist has ever gone by the name "It came to"; that's probably an incorrect, computer-generated translation of "に き".

Postpone approval of this alias for now, I'll go and ask them.

I've already verified that niki/ni_ki and nikiciy all refer to the same artist (which is under it_came_to_(artist)), but did you ever get a reply on this one?
