I agree that these are definitely the same thing, but this is something that could really do with some unification:

• in_* : e.g. in_mouth, in_container, in_box, in_cup, in_throat, in_bathtub
• inside_* : e.g. inside_vehicle, inside_car, inside_stomach, inside_mouth, inside_clothing

And then to make it worse, in_mouth and inside_mouth are two different things altogether.
