I wouldn't call posts like post #3072252 "half-closed".
Supporting because I have never heard the term "lidded eyes" before this website

I think this is a reasonable argument for "lidded" over "half-closed".

It definitely shows that the difference between lidded and half-closed comes down to the expectation of context. Sometimes lidded eyes just means the lids are very visible, and that can just come down to character design. I think technically those eyes are half closed, but when I personally imagine half-closed eyes I think of someone who is quite tired or hazy. People searching for these tags probably have a certain expression or mood in mind, so maybe having different tags for those entirely would work? Tags for looking seductive, weary, intoxicated, unwell, hazy, or downright cheeky/smug, any of which could involve lidding your eyes. Off the top of my head i'm imagining tired_eyes, smug_squint, and bedroom_eyes.

Tagging emotions is its own can of worms, because those are often subjective and conflict with TWYS. We generally prefer tags to be as objective as possible.
