Reason: As per the Wiki wetting refers to peeing into clothing or a diaper and to me implies that said clothing or diaper is being worn and generally for wet_diaper this is the case
However there are times where a wet diaper is present in the image but isn't being worn and therefore shouldn't be tagged with wetting
