Reason: The tags are used identically. There's no way to tell whether someone is actually an inhabitant of a Fallout vault and whether they've just decided to put on the neat suit, hence the alias.

I agree with the idea in premise, but there's at least a few Fallout-themed images that don't contain a jumpsuit:

Those entries were added by a user banned multiple times for their wild tag changes, so I'm fine with disregarding whatever they attempted.

The whole vault_dwellers_(fallout) was added by that one user, actually.
