The tag alias #69644 demiphoenix -> phoenix has been approved.
Reason: As far as I can tell, the demiphoenix tag is just a hybrid tag for phoenixes and some other miscellaneous species. Given that phoenixes are always part of the hybrid, we might as well alias the tag to phoenix.
