Reason: I already manually retagged this, but I'm suggesting this to avoid a character with two names in the future
Essentially, 1471 is the app while 1471-A is the creature (see my other alias request) and this character was incorrectly tagged as the app.

What's the "pabu" stand for? If it's the same as scp-1471-a, it should be aliased to that, or is this a different thing?

Yeah, I'd say alias it away in that case. It's confusing and misattributes as being character when it's not. We don't need multiple tags for the same character, when it's simply a different model or someone else's design. It's better to simply tag the modeller if we must, rather than a separate character tag for each of their models that's not a distinct character.
