Reason: Since someone tagging a lamp is gonna type "lamp" first and this is how disambiguation is done everywhere else

I'm kinda failing to see why this is separate from lamp, there's not even an implication or anything.

I think it's because of street_lamp and other specific lamp tags, and more general from like, floor_lamp. So it takes up a middle position in a tree of lamp-related tags like type_of_indoor_lamp > lamp_(furniture) > lamp < other kinds of lamps
