Tetris Effect: Connected is a minor update to Tetris Effect. I believe an alias to tetris_effect is in order, and that should imply tetris.

Is "Tetris Effect" itself different enough to warrant a separate tag? At least in terms of having content that would make it both easily distinguishable and worthwhile to search for individually.
