I believe so? I'm not entirely sure of the criteria for either, would it be proper to tag object_head on a character who's whole body is a pumpkin, not just their head?

I think you're correct. If the answer to my previous question were "no" it would also disqualify it from being for_a_head, as object_head itself implicates for_a_head.
