The tag alias #65688 macro_micro -> extreme_size_difference has been approved.

Reason:

1. macro_micro is an inaccurate tag name, it's either a macro character with a normal sized character, or a normal sized character with a micro character
2. invariably, macro_macro is being used to describe extreme differences in size

I forgot that there would be a reversed tag name, so here's a follow up to topic #42135
