Appear to be the same artist- or at least, they've gotten mixed up enough that I can't tell which is which. I don't know which is right or I'd start changing them. The name they use most is ugou which is neither tag.

Hmm, this artist does so many styles, that it's not obvious. I wonder if it's legit the same artist, or if someone just mixed up similar names like pu_sukebe and a different sukebe. Both have 'pervert' in name, but are different artists.

Well at least, both artists have a URL in common. I added a couple and just chose "gou" because it has more, even though "ugou seems to be the name they want. "ugougou might even just be a typo
