Yes, it's the artist, although most of their source links are dead. Some of their posts source to their old PixieHeadSet DA (https://www.deviantart.com/pixieheadset) which redirects to the Leafypawss DA (https://www.deviantart.com/leafypawss). Example which is also sourced from their defunct JasPixie Itaku.
