should it be alias instead? i don't see other graffiti tags in different location/position but only graffiti_on_wall. and tags like wall_writing is aliased to graffiti.

I've seen graffiti on things that aren't walls such as overpasses, pillars, subway cars, electric boxes. Look at this image .
