The tag alias #64089 video_game_sampling -> audio_sampling is pending approval.

Reason: video game sampling is an old tag that I made (and even made a wiki for it) but I've replaced it recently with audio sampling. I replaced it because it was a bit too specific. This leaves the old tag not just empty, It also has an unused wiki page now, so I am look to make the old too specific tag an alias of the new tag.
