The tag alias #63703 songbird -> oscine is pending approval.
Reason: songbird was an artist tag, which seemed like a bad idea, so I changed that tag to songbird_(artist) so that songbird would be free to alias to oscine.

Reverse, imo. We're already in the process of switching from complex scientific names in favor of common names, where they exist. topic #36246
