In that case frottage should be removed from the majority of posts tagged with touching_tips and both of them should implicate penises_touching or penis on penis (btw. one od these tags also seems redundant).
Also the wiki for touching_tips should be changed to avoid confusion - currently it implies touching tips is a subcategory of frottage.
