Reason: Generic name that could be used by multiple characters. The Riggy under that tag isn't the same I've been watching on youtube, so it's a cause for concern.

There's the problem where folks make new characters and now we have only 4 Riggy's, but this number will only go up with time, It is better to prevent a problem then to wait until it's there to do something of it.
