Should be disambiguated or aliased, IMO. A separate tag for feet pawpads seems a bit too specific. You can search pawpads + feet/hindpaw for nearly the same results.

I think they're referring to when a plantigrade footpaw has an additional, usually circular or oval shaped pawpad on the heel

They're pretty common, surprised that they're so undertagged.
I wonder if heel_pawpads would be a better name though?
