The tag implication #50792 penis_in_mouth -> oral_penetration has been rejected.

Reason: when there is a penis in the mouth there is a penetration of the mouth therefore an oral penetration

there was a similar discussion over on topic #22028, i think the same argument could also be used against this implication, depending on how the penis_in_mouth vs our definition of "penetration".

This has been discussed a few times, such as in topic #34137.
Most cases with penis_in_mouth should have both oral_penetration and penile_penetration, but potentially not all, as discussed in that topic.
