For site consistency, I think Donkey_Kong should be unaliased from Donkey_Kong_(series), and instead Donkey_Kong_(character) should be aliased to Donkey_Kong. I say this because in all other cases I can find where the series' title is identical to the protagonist's name, the character is treated as default, but typing in "Donkey_Kong" currently doesn't interpret the character tag, instead inexplicably redirecting to the series tag, making Donkey_Kong's aliasing a clear outlier.

I've always kind of thought this should be the other way around... The character is from the series, so if the series was the one without the suffix, there wouldn't be mistags. All hamtaro-the-character images also include hamtaro-the-series, but not all hamtaro-the-series images include hamtaro-the-character.

But anyways yes, regardless, they should all be the same one way or the other.

if this is the proper tagging convention then bojack_horseman and bojack_horseman_(character) should be edited as well
