Reason: idrysse3 is the artist's Twitter handle, and furdo is their FA username.

Agreed. After all, it's possible that this is a case when it's better to flip the alias. FA is known for users being unable to change their user name there, so it can easily be out of date. Also, we need to go offsite for the proof. E621's own wiki pages can be edited by any one of us yahoos.
To show you what I mean, we have to go to the Idyrsse3 Twitter to find a link to the Furdo FA as well as the Idrysse Patreon and the Idrysse3 Itaku, thus showing that not only is this alias valid, but should be flipped.
