Reason: They're the same artist. Proof: In the first one's URLs, we can find a FurAffinity link that leads to the second one's account.

I say flip the alias. DrSouthpaws is only used on the FA which is notorious (but ironically useful for our purposes) for being unable to change user names. The contact information lists several other accounts, such as the Twitter, the DA, and Patreon, most using AeroSouthpaws. Obviously, we can't trust the e621 wiki's entries since any one of us can muck around with them.
