I find their Shiryujack06 Twitter and their Pixiv which is in hiragana that I, of course, can't read. Other than the tagging on e621, I don't know where Tomochan comes in.

The pixiv name(とも/おしりゅこ) transliterates as tomo/oshiri ~yuko according to google. So Tomochan is probably an older incarnation, but is being replaced with the later name, used by their Shiryujack06 account as well uses おしりゅこ, which is the oshiri ~yuko part. Their shiryujack08 account, which is linked by pixiv as their main goes under a different name though. Considering all of them use some form of shiryu and their two twitters are "shiryujack", it might be better for their names to be aliased to that instead.

You can plug japanese into google translate and it will give both a translation on the side as well as a romanized transliteration of the text underneath.

Thank you. So, basically, we should flip the above alias.

I'd argue that both the "Tomochan" and "Shiryujack" handles are derivative of the "Tomo/Oshiryuko" one. "Tomochan" seems to be a nickname (Tomo plus the "-chan" honorific), as does ともっち (Tomocchi), the name on the shiryujack08 twitter. Shiryujack06's name is given as Oshiryuko, and the name is referenced in 08's bio as well. I consider twitter handles to be inconclusive when determining what name the artist goes by, since if a name is taken or can't be formatted to fit the handle it needs to be altered.
Oshiryuko seems like the most likely candidate for what the artist generally goes by, though I still feel Tomochan is still a reasonable choice for the artist tag (Just "Tomo" is too common a name and lead to confusion).
