howto:tag genders doesn't discuss how to handle genitals on unrelated appendages, but I think it's more useful if they're not.
Maybe there're people who like female tail_penis but not gynomorph tail_penis. Maybe there are people who like male hand_pussy but not andromorph hand_pussy.
