Since there are only 4 results, and there's not a Wiki entry yet, should I just retag them manually? Approvals might take a long time even if you're the artist.

Technically, it will - even with an alias, there's no way to delete a tag. If you download the database of all existing tags, you'll see a ton of unique ID numbers assigned to typos that were on the site for less than a minute.
