The tag alias #61215 checkup -> physical_exam has been approved.
Reason: It's common to call a physical exam a checkup. A four uploads were tagged as such (now changed to physical exam), but 20+ were already tagged physical exam. An alias is appropriate as the tags have the same meaning, and there are no nuanced differences or distinctions I can think of that would warrant keeping them separate.
